Benefits of Common Super Fruits

 

When I was in my senior year of college at Texas State University (Go Bobcats!) I blogged for the on-campus radio station KTSW. One of my favorite articles, a listicle, is entitled, Benefits of Common Superfruits.

Being in Costa Rica, I eat most of these fruits daily, from pineapple to coconut to avocado. These mega-superfruits contain antibacterial enzymes, loaded with anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidants. Check out my list on the KTSW blog now!
